EXPLORE YOUR PATHWAY

Discover Your Strengths. Develop Your Skills. Build Your Future.

Every career journey begins with discovering what you enjoy, what you do well, and where your interests might lead. SAIL Micro Certifications offer three progressive levels of hands-on training, practical experience, and individualized guidance that help participants develop workplace skills and explore meaningful employment opportunities.

Communication Arts

Levels I, II, & III

Develop creative and technical skills in graphic design, digital media, and visual communication. Participants explore illustration, image editing, typography, and design software while creating projects for real-world applications. Through guided instruction, collaborative assignments, and opportunities to work with clients, they build confidence, develop a professional portfolio, and discover possibilities in the creative arts.

Hospitality

Levels I, II, & III

Build practical skills in customer service, workplace communication, organization, and hospitality operations. Through hands-on training, community-based experiences, and workplace mentorship, participants learn to collaborate with colleagues, interact confidently with customers, and take responsibility for meaningful tasks. Experiences may include retail, food service, guest services, and other hospitality-related settings.

Early Childcare Assistant

Levels I, II, & III

Explore the responsibilities and rewards of working in early childhood education. Participants develop skills in classroom organization, child engagement, safety, and supporting daily routines within a Reggio-inspired preschool environment. Through supervised experiences, mentorship, and practical assignments, they learn to support children’s learning, collaborate with educators, and build the professional habits needed for early childhood employment.

PATHWAY TO ACHIEVEMENT

Every participant brings unique strengths, interests, and goals. SAIL Micro Certifications provide a progressive learning experience that combines individualized instruction, hands-on practice, and real-world application. Each level builds upon demonstrated skills, encouraging participants to develop greater confidence, responsibility, and workplace readiness.
