SAIL On brings learning to life through creative exploration, hands-on projects, entrepreneurship, and meaningful collaboration. Participants develop practical skills while discovering new interests, solving problems, and learning what it takes to bring ideas from imagination to reality.

From STEAM challenges and cooking to creative projects and operating a school store, participants practice planning, communication, teamwork, and responsibility in an engaging environment where learning has a real purpose.

Learning takes on new meaning when ideas become experiences and projects have a purpose. Each SAIL On activity encourages participants to explore their creativity, collaborate with others, develop practical skills, and experience the satisfaction of seeing their work come to life.

Entrepreneurship & School Store

Learn the fundamentals of running a business through merchandising, inventory, pricing, customer service, sales, and managing a working school store.

STEAM & Problem-Solving

Explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through hands-on challenges that encourage curiosity, experimentation, creativity, and critical thinking.

Cooking & Practical Life Skills

Plan and prepare food while practicing measurement, budgeting, organization, kitchen safety, cleanup, and teamwork.

Creative & Maker Projects

Design, build, craft, and create while developing the ability to plan projects, follow processes, use materials, and bring ideas to completion.

Communication & Teamwork

Share ideas, divide responsibilities, collaborate on projects, interact with customers, and practice solving problems together.

Work Habits & Responsibility

Strengthen initiative, time management, organization, adaptability, task completion, and habits that support success in employment and everyday life.

The SAIL On Goal

Throughout SAIL On, participants are encouraged to take initiative, explore new ideas, work collaboratively, and experience the rewards of contributing to meaningful projects.

Our goal is to strengthen creativity, problem-solving, entrepreneurial thinking, and practical work skills while helping adults develop greater confidence, independence, and a sense of accomplishment.
